Computer dying...again

Is dying on me again.
It keeps freezing randomly, and then sometimes it suddenly goes to the blue screen saying "an error occured" and such.
I thought I solved the problem by restoring it to before it started happening, but it's still doing it!
I won't get any new laptop for 2 years, when no computer at home will even WORK.
So now I have one laptop needing a new screen and one that is freezing.
I want a HP or Toshiba.
